Last year, I hired Jeff for a teaching dinner party. It was a great experience. He took me shopping and taught me how to pick out the best produce and select good cuts of meat. When my friends arrived, he went straight into teacher mode. He had a job for everyone and was able to move easily from station to station. When it was clear that everyone was ready to dine, Jeff took over. We all sat down and he served the dishes and finished off the ones that we could not quite finish. We all had a great time! My only regret is that Jeff does not live closer. We would love to do it again.
